The primary goal is to improve the living conditions for the seven cooperative housing societies in Asarwa, Ahmedabad, by providing new homes with better-built environments and infrastructure. A thorough analysis of the macro, micro, and stakeholder markets was conducted to create the project brief. A suggestion for a potential product mix for the free-sale component of the website is prepared, adhering to all applicable laws and policies and taking into account the most recent market analysis. A technically and financially feasible project is created, and a business plan is produced that includes a revenue strategy through an iterative process by altering the project's construction phasing and unit sales.
