Formulating Grid

This project is a workplace built solely for the publication of books and magazines. While the space also formulating moments through cubicles which is an extremely private workplace and with that further creates a communication hub on the other side. While this building is divided into two categories first one being the formal working area for everyone furthermore divided into different departments and the other part, consists of private workplaces and studio spaces for shoots and podcasts. This building also have various niches and breakout spaces like the library.
Developed the built form in a way that it tries to create a balance between working and taking a time off through creating niches that act like breakout places, some of the niches also have meeting areas where the interaction will happen.
