Traditional construction methodology involves the use of manual and tedious work for planning, manual quantity take-off, manual supervision, and monitoring. With the use of integrated construction practices and lean tools, it is possible to make the construction process more efficient and streamlined to analyze the unknown risks before occurrence to deliver projects within time and budget constraints. For a project to be successful, it is essential to plan the project efficiently with emphasis on project goals, use case of the new interventions as well as the expected benefits out of it. The studio shows the applicability for the same.
