The studio less is more was about creating a 30 t0 40 sq meter space by taking the essence of biophilic objects from nature. My project PINEILLA is about creating a space which is inspired from pineapple. After doing many iterations of layout my final layout was made by taking the essence of pineapple slices. The roof of the space has leveling done in the space of slices for having proper ventilation. I have tried to create a space which fulfils  all the necessary needs of the user and it also gives a quality of living to user. 

The first exercise was to do case studies of 30 to 40sq meters of studio apartments all over the world. Another exercise was to measure our own bedroom and compare it with timesaver standards measurements and the last case study exercise was to measure 1 bhk apartment to understand the ergonomics.
The second exercise was to sketch the biophilic objects of the nature and from it making abstract sketches and process abstract model of the objects chosen to imagine the space in abstract form.
The third exercise was to turn the abstractions into a real space and to make a persona sketch and adjacency of the layout.
The fourth exercise was to develop an space making making several iterations of the layout.
The layout that was made for midsem was inspired from mushroom shell, pineapple and bamboo. And 3d views was extracted from sketchup for midsemester review.
After midsem the exercise was to refine the layout and for refining only one object was taken as an essence which was pineapple slices.
After making serval iterations an iteration was finalized and was converted into spaces which fulfils the need of the user. And after developing final plans sectional perspective was derived.
After making final plans sections which can include all the spaces in detail were made.
3d rendered views was extracted from sketchup and rendered. And an abstract model was made of final layout.
The last exercise was to make part model in the scale 1:10 to look and understand the ergonomics and quality of the space.
