Hospitality Project at Vadodara

The studio course MEPF: Services, Design and Coordination dealt with designing of building services, representation of them through 2-D drawings and Building Information Modelling. The project I chose to explore these things was an Hospitality project with 98 rooms providing all the amenities making it 4 star hotel. It required me to gain a thorough understanding of the programmatic spaces in the project, the relevant codes and the systems available in the market. Through this studio I gained understanding about the service in isolation and in coordination and the relevance of BIM in Construction Industry.
