MEPF: Residential Project at Ahmedabad

The course MEPF: Services, Design, and Coordination focused on the different building services which need to be employed before the construction of any project. The project that I chose to represent was a Residential + Commercial building that is under construction in TP Scheme 110 (Nikol - Kathwada). The scheme comprises two blocks, each having the ground floor as a commercial space and Floors 1-12 as residential. Furthermore, each unit was a 3BHK housing unit. The project is launched by the Radhika Group and is called Radhika Royal. we had to design the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire safety plans with careful consideration of the laws and then employ careful calculations.
