A foldable urban device to operate as a workshop space for the common people to come learn the art of garland making. It would be located right on the plaza and would operate with the help of an organisation that would promote these artists. The main structured frames are designed such that they would fold into a compact box and could be placed anywhere on the plaza. These frames are made of reinforcement steel bars. Through industrial coating, their functional texture becomes a decorative element once painted. The structure is devised to intervene in the dead memorial space to optimise and elevate generic motion in the plaza.  

The list entails the name of all the vendors present on the site. Public participatory tools such as Focused group Discussions (FGDs) were carried out with them.
The 1.5m X almost 2m space on the threshold of the Pandeet Deendayal Plaza is used for vending of flowers. These vendors uniquely occupy their space on the footpath and make the most of each space and element.
