The Studio is based on understanding the kinetics of dynamic architectural elements and developing a kinetic element for your own project. It starts with recreating a senior's project in 1:1 scale to understand the complexities and mechanism of the project. The individual project includes designing an exhibition gallery, cafeteria and the NIDUS shop inside the NID campus. The Musicscape exercise is introduced to help in the designing of the project based on converting a music piece into an abstract model. Picking some key elements from the musicscape model, the final building is designed along with kinetic element.
