The site is situated on Shyamal cross road, which is densely populated by residential areas.  There are less amount of public grounds and parks on the Shyamal crossroad. There is less amount of cultural institute and recreational facilities. Why do we only make public spaces on the ground floor and only that part is activated? Why we can not build public spaces on different levels of commercial mixed-use buildings? The nature of the spaces is informal so different people can use them. Those spaces allow chatting with each other and exchanging knowledge, used as break time areas from the offices, and sometimes also create space where different cultures are shared.
