This portfolio focusses on understanding the technologies of various mass rapid transit modes and their relation to the travel characteristics of the city. Metro Neo, being a Indian concept, this portfolio provides insights on the relevance of Metro Neo in the International context. Furthermore, it incorporates the proposal of Metro Neo to provide a better understanding of the detailed process of introducing a mass rapid transit system taking Rajkot as the study area and a financial and economical feasibility of the mode is evaluated.
