Ahmedabad city has one side with the recent developing areas in west and other side with early developed areas in east. Hatkeshwar is one of the densely populated areas of Ahmedabad city which had developed before the 20th century. The portfolio explains the detailed study of this area in the Foundation Program that was based on qualitative and quantitative data gathered through proper site visits and surveys. The current condition and scenario of the residential zone is covered in the study with relevant details.
