The monsoon semester-2022, aimed to generate various 1sqkm precincts in east and west of Ahmedabad. Nikol has been a one such unique precinct in East Ahmedabad with diverse characteristics. The area exhibits a sporadic nature in the criteria of Public Real, Built form Pattern, Street Analysis, etc. The recent morphology of the area only adds to its diversity. The portfolio showcases visual and analytical research of the area and attempts to establish the precinct as the highlight of the city at large.
