One of the biggest city,Ahmedabad,which is spread out over both banks of the Sabarmati River.the city's western side, which began to grow as a commercial district around 1949 A.D. (AUDA,2021,p.16).The study is about the place named"Prahladnagar"(i.e.precinct)on the western side of Ahmedabad that is one square kilometer in size.It is 6.6 km(the distance to the income tax office)from the city center.This report will talk about the different characters like precinct's history, streets,land use,building forms,this report has been strengthened.Field research,in-person interviews(primary sources),published literature were used to gather the data(secondary sources).Geographical information system(GIS)generated maps,plans,graphs,and photographs are used to illustrate narrative data analysis.
