From the study of the 1 km2  in and around the Iskcon crossroad, it can be observed that the eastern part of the S.G Highway is densely developed as compared to the western part. Land Development around the Iskcon crossroad area thus started to take a turn from residential to commercial due to the increase in demand for land due to the rise in commercial pockets in the major crossroads of the area. Land prices started to increase and due to this, there can be seen a major difference in price in commercial and residential prices of buildings. While the western area is at a developing stage it has a lot of scope for the commercial value of land and financial returns due to the large availability of land and the important commercial buildings located at the Iskcon Junction.
