The portfolio explains about 1 sq km of the precinct of Vejalpur by analyzing the area through various layers of the Road network, building typology, public services, Infrastructure, Public Realm, Housing, Transport, and Jobs. The area of Vejalpur is a residential area located on the Western side of the city, which is 6.6km away from the city center. As majority of the area falls under the TOD zone, commercialization within the precinct also increased. The study also explains the FSI, Population density of the precinct of Vejalpur.
