Ahmedabad University- Facility Management

This semester we were given a project of the Ahmedabad University of Ahmedabad to understand the basics of facility management. We had to do a detailed assessment of different assets of the University, including gap analysis and providing it with the optimum solutions in the end. We were directed to design a facilities management implementation plan for their respective sites concerning the costing factor and the available market solution which could enhance the facility of the University better for the users and the people working with it.
