Conservative surgery of Haja Patel ni Pol

This is a compilation of work done as a part of Urban Regeneration studio, aimed at addressing the complex narratives of historic urban sites through the lens of conservation. The project aims to understand the threats it affects the fabric of Haja Patel ni Pol and propose strategies to improve the quality of life of Inhabitants by respecting the heritage significance of the pol.
The Studio began with a 2-week exercise to critically read and analyze the World Heritage (WH) Site of the Historic City of Ahmedabad which formed the base for individual work.
