CO-LAB (mix use typology)

The site is located in the heart of Juhu at a major junction, with two main roads converging at the node. The site is surrounded by a water body on the south side and parks, commercial establishments, and residential houses on the other three sides. The government site wishes to house a municipal ward and is a recreational ground that is not well maintained, hence remains redundant land, with no use. With increasing inclusive buildings & communities, the idea is to transform the redundant recreational land into a space that promotes and throws light on a collaborative and community belief, thus making efficient use of space by the neighborhood.
