The site is located northwest part of Juhu, Mumbai. The site has a history in the creative Industry as it used to be a theater. The project is focused on collaboration between 3 stakeholders - Developer (Wadhwa Group), and Academia (SVKM), Industry (Creative Industry). The collaboration happens through common shared spaces. 60% of spaces are occupied by developers, 20% by SVKM, and 20% by Creative Industry.
