Rendezvous

The project is a mixed-use workspace located at the junction of Mumbai Selfie Point, the heart of Juhu. The project utilizes the triple helix model of innovation which is the constant interaction between Government (MCGM), Industry (Makers' Asylum) and Academia (SVKM). The way these stakeholders are interwoven into the built becomes imperative. The entire built mass has been primarily divided into three main clusters structured around the centrally placed Recreation Ground. The municipal ward office takes the main seat in the building followed by SVKM's vocational training and makers' asylum.
