STURDY ON THE SLOPE

Over two decades, the project delves into the intricate adaptations of plant life on sloped terrain, progressively enhancing vegetative cover. The design strategically plants diverse flora on two distinct slope gradients to unveil their adaptive features. This exploration showcases the resilience of these species, enriching overall vegetation. Through deliberate interventions like micro-condition adjustments and terrain modifications, including boulders and altered slope degrees, we vividly illustrate characteristic behaviors of planted flora. The project highlights discernible differences in adaptive strategies among selected plant species, contributing to a nuanced understanding of plant life's resilience on slopes over the 20-year period.
