Sinuous Trail

"Sinuous Trial" is a children's science museum situated on a hexagonal site in Science City, Ahmedabad. Having the biomes like mountain, forest, desert and marine as the focal points, the museum wraps itself around it, which originates from the concept of having disordered and exciting experiences in center while the ordered knowledge driven spaces encircling it. The layout of the trail is set in a way that there is constant connection between the respective galleries with the their respective biomes in both vertical and horizontal directions; which offers a seamless experience for the visitors. The internal transition between the galleries, the form and the elevation of the museum flaunts the sinuous nature of the trail.
