When a building is exposed to abundant elements, its materiality becomes susceptible to the surrounding environment, allowing external factors to influence and take over. In this condition, the peepal tree emerges as one of these external factors, morphing over the walls and adopting the shape of the structure. To enhance the hybrid nature of the tree and the wall, certain areas of the wall are dedicated to facilitating tree growth. The growth of the tree is supported and guided upward by mortar joints and steel sections. The intervention space revolves around this dynamic hybrid, creating a relationship between the building and the evolving tree.
