KaSa: An Origami Umbrella

KaSa is a collapsible, hands-free umbrella that engulfs the person and a fixed amount of area around them. The enveloping canopy creates a sense of comfort and privacy, which is playfully retracted by the see-through nature of the material: recycled polypropylene. The hands-free nature of the umbrella makes it easy for the user to carry multiple things at once and also use it as a wearable.
