The city generates a daily solid waste of 4500 tons, accumulating a total of 80 lakh tons, resulting in significant environmental challenges. To tackle this issue, the Municipal Corporation is proactively establishing a biomethanation plant in a Public-Private Partnership mode, with a daily processing capacity of 500 metric tons. The Construction Project Formulation and Appraisal studio is dedicated to comprehensively understanding the project's various facets, focusing on the feasibility study of the Biomethanation Plant. This involves analyzing project objectives, creating a Work Breakdown Structure and cost Breakdown Structure, assessing Financial Feasibility, and establishing a Project Baseline. This process is crucial in the project's initial phase, offering insights into its feasibility.
