Development of Dam Region

In Semester I of our Construction Engineering and Management program, our studio focused on the "Feasibility Study for the Development of the Dam Region." This involved a thorough analysis of a real project, addressing elements like context, problem and option, demand, location, and financial aspects. We also considered risk and stakeholder management, establishing a baseline schedule, and a cost breakdown. Our study specifically centered on formulating a dam tourism project near Dam, proposed by the Government of Gujarat,  covering 1500 acres with an estimated cost of 1000 crore.
