Mall Project

CPFA Studio deals with various facets of the Feasibility study for different projects. For the same purpose, the feasibility study of India's next largest Mall building proposed in the Gujarat region is undertaken. This 1936-crore endeavor is a greenfield project with a site area of 25 acres proposed in GIFT City. Based on all the available data, the studio deliverables opened new avenues for the site selection for the project, conducting surveys to understand consumer perspective, developing methods to resolve the high retail vacancy rate in Gujarat, and strategizing relevant consultant procurement for the high quantum of the project.
