Slum Redevelopment Project

The main focus of the MCEM Studio is to study the feasibility of the project. This particular work is based on a slum redevelopment project. The first step is to identify the scope of work for the project. The following steps are carried out: identifying the project brief or background to execute the project, the problem analysis that is related to the project, PESTEL analysis, which is a strategic management tool that is used to analyze the external macro-environmental factors that can impact a project, Stakeholder management, in which the stakeholders are identified who are involved in the project, Risk management is used to identify the risks that have a probability of occurring and can have a negative impact on the project. The aim of this study was to get an idea of how a slum redevelopment project is carried out successfully.
