The project is conducted under In-situ Slum Redevelopment (ISSR) vertical of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna. A feasibility study for the construction of a 856 units redevelopment project in Ahmedabad city of Gujarat was conducted as a part of the studio, Construction Project Formulation and Appraisal. For this various exercises are carried out which includes risk management, stakeholder identification, context analysis, demand analysis, financial viability, project cost breakdown to name a few. Through this study the actual scenario of the project can be better understood based on which the project’s viability is determined
