Chasing Kanchenjunga: The design concept of this hotel in Pelling, Sikkim revolves around the interplay of revealing and concealing. The space is intricately crafted to guide the user on a journey, enticing them to seek glimpses of the sacred Kanchenjunga. Various intentional obstructions are introduced to intermittently conceal the majestic view of Kanchenjunga, redirecting the user's attention to other scenic beauties in the surroundings. The material palette is deliberately kept "Austere," with subtle contextual influences evident in the soft furnishings.
