Book stop by the bandstand takes inspiration from the bandstand present in Kamati Baugh, Vadodara. The circular plan of the bandstand acts as a guide to the bookshop and taking the reference of the tangent from the circle each shelf and space is designed for maximum user experience. The bookshop is designed after a thorough study on different ordering principles such as axiality, hierarchy, introvert - extrovert. Using all these design fundamentals the book stop acts as perfect space for avid readers to engage in a private space as well as a public space.
