The Design Program is to Design Housing for Family of Six People and Intention is to give Duplex Housing Apartments. The idea is to Segregate the Apartment in two Levels or Storey, the lower Storey has Public and Semi-Public Spaces that are Kitchen, Dinning, Living room, Storage and Utility Area. and Upper Storey will have Private Spaces that are mainly Bedrooms. Every Alternate Unit will have Simultaneous Configurations of Storey. All the Common Amenities will be modulated on the 3rd and 4th floor for easy Accessibility of Residents from all the floors.
