Housing Design Exploration | The Overhangs

The studio is designed to serve as an introduction to the concepts of understanding and analyzing housing elements through extensive case studies and a housing design exploration exercise with a focus on the target user group.

"The Overhangs" caters to the varied spectrum of young couples and tries to reflect the dynamic stage of life that they are at. This is achieved through non-repetitive stacking of units and the resultant interactive spaces between these units occurring along the circulation corridors. There is variety in the types of units provided which the user can opt for based on their lifestyles.
