TerraCraft Artistry is a workshop and a backhand office space to make decorative plates, small vases and mini
planters with a terrazzo or marbling design by using
Jesmonite ( eco-friendly resin ) . Main activities in the space would be production and manufacturing of these art
pieces and digital marketing office space to sell these
products. The concept of Continuity-key to the marbling
pattern, is explored by curved partition walls which create multiple spaces inside the whole to show the Fragmentated
characteristics of terrazzo chips. Brass as a material is softer in
nature and allows moldability which allows it to create
patterns and emphasize the Curvilinear character of the spaces in flooring, walls and ceiling in the form of inlays throughout individual spaces. These inlays also create
fragments in the vertical elements where Terrazzo has been used as a pop of color in the overall monocolor spaces. The furniture inside the spaces also follow the same curvilinear character, and is made of majorly bent Brass cross sections which allows it to merge with the other lines of brass running throughout the space and adds to the concept of continuity.
