BROWNFIELD HOUSING PROJECT IN AMBAWADI

The studio focuses on developing exposure to the dynamic housing and real estate market. The main objective of the studio is to analyze and propose optimal development with planning and technical options of land parcels (brownfield/greenfield) considering underlying site context, applicable legal norms, and existing macro and micro real estate market scenarios. Through experiential learning, we understand the ability to identify potential development sites, assess market conditions, and navigate regulatory frameworks. The overarching purpose is to produce a comprehensive, financially sound project proposal, thereby preparing them to meet the challenges of the real estate industry through the integration of theoretical understanding and practical application.
