neighborhood , demonstrates optimal viability, boasting a 36% Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and a 75% Return on Investment (RoI). Despite the complexity of the redevelopment involving multiple stakeholders, strategic tripartite negotiations ensure that the project remains financially sound. Despite the nuanced cashflows of the project, the proposed model is feasible.
