The aim of the studio is to develop real estate project on a selected site through Delphi method. The project includes the study and analysis of the city and its real estate overview, site context, micro market study followed by the product mix and iterations leading to the finalization of most feasible product mix for the site. It is a Greenfield project which is located along the SG Highway in Prahlad Nagar.
