The Monsoon Semester III's Integrated Construction Practices studio within the Master's in Construction Engineering and Management focuses on practical applications of construction management concepts. Students engage in hands-on learning, emphasizing the importance of streamlined processes and effective collaboration. Using relevant software tools, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), is integrated to enhance project management efficiency. The studio incorporates recent trends like BIM, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and Lean Construction to address modern construction challenges.
