Traditional construction methods rely on manual processes, from planning and quantity take-off to supervision and monitoring. Integrated construction practices (ICP) and lean tools offer a more efficient approach, enabling the analysis of potential risks before they occur. This streamlined process ensures projects are delivered within specified time and budget constraints. Success hinges on efficient project planning, emphasizing goals, new interventions, and expected benefits. In a case study focused on a Residential Building project in Ahmedabad, I assumed the role of Structure & Firefighting Consultant, showcasing the application of Lean and digital construction through an Integrated & Collaborative approach in the portfolio.
