Envisioned as a harmonious blend of sustainable landscape architecture and immersive experiential tourism, the project aims to rejuvenate the diminishing agricultural practices within the Vembanad-Kol wetlands while providing visitors with an enriching journey through the region’s unique ecosystem. Rooted in the principles of productive landscaping, the design is a living testament to the intricate connection between culture, agriculture, and aquaculture. By recreating a microcosm of the Vembanad Lake’s agricultural system and the cycles associated with it, visitors will engage in hands-on experiences that traverse the changing seasons, cultivating an understanding of the delicate balance between land and water. This prototype not only revitalizes agriculture but also nurtures the spirit of conservation, where individuals to become a part of the wetlands ecosystem.
