The project is an adaptive reuse project of Girls Innovation Centre in the old city of Ahmedabad, India. Formerly an old school building, the site boasts excellent accessibility through public transport, featuring a BRTS station conveniently located at the main entry. The proposed architectural design aims to repurpose the existing school structure into an Animal Care Center, providing a secure and inviting space for both stray and domesticated animals. The envisioned facility will include shelters for cows, dogs, cats, and rabbits, an aviary, a dedicated pet park, a pet store, and a state-of-the-art treatment center for comprehensive animal care.
