Seed Void : Seed bank and a coworking space

The combination of a seed bank, co-working space, and a public square in Paris makes for an excellent space for collaborative working. The existing building is converted into a seed bank, and a new block is added for the coworking space. Entry is changed, and direct access is provided between the two buildings through the public plaza. The existing level difference of the landscape is kept as it is; the lower ground is used for the coworking space, and the higher level is a plaza open for all.
