Vision for Project 'Eco Haven' is Adopting a sustainable approach of building a tourist destination that pre- serves and enhances the ecosystem that surrounds it.The proposals meet a dual objective: one caters to the tourists visiting the city while the other provides for a better quality of life of the locals themselves. For the tourists, there is a provision for hospitality projects, tourist lodges, and eco-accommodation, while the locally aimed development provides potential sites for the development of weekend villas.

Landing (1st Impression of the site) The Illustration describes various expressions of river starting from being silent to rapid form.
Grounding (The regional map shows the major National and State Highways along with the reserved areas, agricultural land as well as forests.)
Grounding (From damanganga dam to Arabian Sea The sub regional map shows the built area in relation to different type of vegetation like agricultural land, trees, orchard and many more.)
Grounding (An in-depth examination of 50-meter by 50-meter quadrants at different locations along the river, focusing on detailed observations at the river's edge.)
Eco Haven (After a careful analysis of the site, it was found that a number of tourism and ecological hotspots were observed at the seafront, and potential sites for a similar enhancement were identified in the inland zones running along the Damanganga.)
Design Strategy Plan (The plan caters to the tourists visiting the city while the other provides for a better quality of life of the locals themselves.)
Proposed Master Plan ( There is commercial edge proposed in continuation with existing tourist place with wetland parks, tourist hub, Butterfly park, prominades provide a diverse set of experiences to the visitors.)
