This project aims to combat elderly loneliness by integrating components that promote financial independence and sustainability while enhancing social interaction spaces. Key elements include a community kitchen, co-eating areas, a pickle cottage industry, a farmers market, interactive zones, and versatile vendor spaces, forming a self-sustaining loop. The chosen indicator focuses on providing access to infrastructure that improves a sense of belongingness within public and semi-private areas like the chowk and Otlas. The objective is to enrich the social lives of elderly residents by fostering meaningful experiences and efficient resource utilization, creating a resilient and inclusive community.
