MEPF: SERVICES DESIGN OF A RECIDENTIAL BUILDING

For this, I selected a project and designed MEPF services for it. During the designing process, I created 2D drawings and 3D BIM models and did clash detection for the same. It is a 4 BHK bungalow project with a total of 29 units situated in the Singarva area of Ahmedabad Gujrat, India. It has one clubhouse in the garden. There is a nearby lake and a government overhead water tank in front of the gate (Under construction). Water is used from bore well & electricity is provided by GEB company.
