Museum of Planned Obsole-scence

There are many worlds we live in. In, all the existing worlds we live in, all the objects which surround us have a lifespan, after which they become obsolete. The museum deals with the idea of planned obsolescence, there are multiple ways where a body has planned the death of an object. There are multiple categories in that, Legal obsolescence deals with the objects becoming obsolete legally (government or a legal body is associated with this). Perceived obsolescence makes one feel the need to get the latest items on the market by making the previous one subpar in quality, making it obsolete by humans due to its manufacturing. Programmed obsolescence is where an object is made for a certain number of uses only/ the life span is designed before the consumer starts using it. All of this obsolescence adds up to a lot of waste of resources in all the worlds possible. The museum is a commentary on how planned obsolescence is a consumerist form of expression leading to the benefits of a small group of people and the consumers always in the perpetual cycle of becoming the bait to such ideas.
