The spice capsules/sachets developed contains all the necessary spices required to season a particular dish, whether a simple Dal fry or a delectable chicken curry. Different capsules/ sachets are customized for specific dishes. Just drop a single capsule to season a single serving of the dish. It is comprised of lipid based concentrated spice extracts held inside gelatin capsules and the sachet uses Easysnap technology for better dispensing. Both of these prolong the life of the spices by not allowing air to come in contact with the spices, and not letting them spoil.
