Samvaad Saathi

Throughout this studio, we delved into the intricacies of service design, focusing our efforts on daily wage workers, with a special emphasis on women, to create a transformative service. Our journey involved interviews, primary research, and collaborations with diverse organizations, NGOs, and government bodies. The result was the birth of 'Samvaad Saathi,' a service aimed at elevating the lives of these workers. A significant milestone was achieved as we facilitated real workers in opening bank accounts, a testament to the tangible impact and success of our service design process.
