Public Health Centers (PHCs) and Community Health Centers (CHCs) in Ahmedabad are essential for community healthcare. However, the lack of standardized procedures and role ambiguity hampers their efficiency. Closing the loop by implementing clear SOPs and ensuring accountability for infrastructure maintenance is crucial. This not only optimizes their performance but also contributes to improved healthcare delivery. Effective queue management is equally important for a seamless patient experience, emphasizing the critical role of well-maintained infrastructure in healthcare facilities.
