Primary Health: Financing Strategies - Pricing and PPP

This project focuses on enhancing healthcare services in Ahmedabad by evaluating the financing strategies of Primary and Community Health Centers. Through a mix of public and private models, the initiative aims to assess the impact of public financing on universal access to basic healthcare and explore pricing mechanisms for inclusivity, including subsidized models and income-based differentials. Additionally, the project investigates opportunities and challenges in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) to develop an innovative cross-subsidizing model, ensuring financial sustainability without compromising quality.
